With that expertise, this role will support product and use case messaging and positioning, product launches, thought leadership and campaigns, and more, while wearing our customers’ shoes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers and users of messaging to influence how we launch products, go to market, and how we prioritize our roadmap.

  • You know how to enable and educate internal audiences to drive meaningful and actionable content.

  • You can get things done. We want to talk about how you manage projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Desired:

  • You've worked with technology products that target developers with cloud-based services, or API solutions.

  • You understand and have experience in the global market around programmable communications or related technologies.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You’ve demonstrated an ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
