To help us with this mission, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to play a critical role in our product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.

In this highly visible, cross-functional role you’ll help drive acquisition, activation, and engagement of new customers by optimizing the self-serve funnel as well as supporting our sales-led motions. You’ll partner cross-functionally to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of customer growth initiatives across web, in-product, and other channels to improve trial, onboarding, and in-product expansion. You’ll also work on new initiatives that help further unlock growth for Productboard.

The right candidate thinks outside the box, takes a holistic view across the customer lifecycle, and is energized by creating delightful, cohesive customer experiences that drive business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Help new customers experience core product value quickly by developing and leading strategies and experiments that have a significant impact on how new users discover, activate, and engage with Productboard
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, success, and ops to prioritize and execute on the growth roadmap and deliver against key shared business goals
  • Understand our customers and their journey and pain points, identify optimization opportunities, and develop a testing plan and supporting initiatives to improve the customer experience across different stages of the funnel to drive scalable growth
  • Translate growth learnings and best practices into a framework for future growth initiatives
  • Develop targeted, audience-specific messaging and positioning for key moments in the customer lifecycle that are informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding

About You

  • 5+ years of product marketing or related experience (marketing, product management, operations, or strategy) in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Experience in growth with a deep understanding of growth funnels and engagement loops
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences
  • Structured thinker with a demonstrated history of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and mobilizing teams that span functions
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Team-player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority
  • MBA a plus

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply!

You can look forward to the following benefits:

? Competitive compensation, stock options, company 401k

? A budget for your professional development and ongoing learning

? 4 weeks of paid vacation and paid sick days

? 1 Volunteer Day per year for you to help causes close to your heart

? Lunch delivered to your home

? Mental Wellness Program to support your well-being and self-care

? Company contribution to gym and wellness memberships

? Commuter benefits

? Team events, such as happy hours, off-sites, and retreats abroad

❤️ Company contribution and access to best-in-class health benefits and your own Headspace membership
