Vimeo is looking for a passionate and seasoned Product Marketer or Enablement Lead to join the Product Marketing Team. You’ll work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to orchestrate high-impact product launches, obtain in-depth customer and market insights, refine personas and use cases, drive messaging, collateral and sales plays and own sales enablement and knowledge sharing. This role is ideal for a data-driven self-starter who can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies. The role requires thorough familiarity with the B2B marketing and sales process, pricing strategies and enabling a large and growing sales organization in a  B2B SaaS company.

What you’ll do:

You will lead the enablement of our Enterprise products and pricing rollouts to all go-to-market teams across the organization and work with multiple cross-functional teams to make this happen. This entails the following:

  • Work with the B2B Demand Generation and Performance Marketing teams to develop campaigns towards the company’s business goals and KPIs
  • Partner closely with Field PMM, sales enablement and content teams to develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, to ensure all sales and go-to-market teams can effectively speak to our product, use-case or solution value proposition
  • Define and own outbound sales plays we want to put in motion and partner / project manage XFN teams to activate against them. Be accountable for the success of these sales plays
  • Lead on pricing and packaging optimization strategies for the business and the rollout of these strategies to the market
  • Shape & influence future product roadmaps based on customer and market needs
  • Utilize insights from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo to measure, track and optimize the success of product marketing programs and activities

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 4-6 years of product or marketing experience, B2B or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred. Experience working on pricing strategies is a plus
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, support, enablement, product management, and marketing teams on driving growth through product marketing initiatives
  • Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience defining and leading outbound campaigns and sales play strategies
  • Analytical mindset, and a working sense of Marketo, Salesforce, and GA, using these platforms to report on KPIs to track performance and identify trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong copywriting and messaging skills, comfortable speaking in front of diverse audiences
  • Insane attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks effortlessly
  • Accustomed to driving results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
