The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Personal Loans team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and customer acquisition while ensuring a balanced marketplace between borrower and investor demands. You’ll lead initiatives end-to-end, from uncovering opportunities and crafting compelling business cases, to shaping strategy, launching, and iterating based on results.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Drive growth in personal loan originations through product-led acquisition and conversion optimization, by deeply understanding borrower pain points and creating frictionless experiences that improve both conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Design and execute growth experiments using statistical rigor, with proven ability to achieve measurable conversion improvements through systematic testing
  • Identify, size, and validate new business opportunities, turning insights into actionable product strategies
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and business case creation to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Drive a best-in-class customer experience through thoughtful product design, user flows, and feature execution
  • Own and evolve the roadmap for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, analytics, marketing, credit risk, legal, and operations
  • Champion continuous learning by running experiments, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly
  • Bring strong execution discipline, ensuring projects hit milestones and deliver impact

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field
  • 6–10 years of product management experience, with a focus on ideating, crafting, managing, and delivering growth strategies
  • Track record of identifying growth levers and translating them into product features that demonstrably improve acquisition, activation, or retention metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
  • Skilled at balancing business, customer, and technical needs in decision-making
  • Exceptional collaboration skills: able to build strong, trust-based relationships across functions, influence without authority, and work through challenges constructively
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire your squads and foster a culture of accountability and achievement. Assumes a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence at all levels
  • Self-starter with extreme ownership: you proactively identify problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Coachable and growth-oriented: open to feedback and committed to continual improvement

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to collaborate with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues on products that have an immediate and significant impact on people’s lives
  • The opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with experienced industry leaders
  • Flexible time off, comprehensive health coverage, competitive salary, paid parental leave
  • Wellness benefits including access to mental health resources, virtual HIIT and yoga workouts
  • A bevy of other perks including Udemy access, childcare assistance, pet insurance discounts, legal assistance, and additional discounts
