About the role
As our Senior PM, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives focused on improving our customers' project workflow.
You'll meet periodically with teammates from product, sales, marketing, and customer success to identify initiatives that have the highest hypothetical impact. Then you'll work with product designers to visualize potential solutions and validate those with customers, technical and business stakeholders. Then you'll collaborate with your dedicated engineering team to deliver those workflows and launch with the help of the GTM team. Throughout, you'll drive strong decision marketing through AB testing, quantitative results, qualitative research, and customer insights.
You'll report to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
- Identify the largest opportunities for improving how our customers propose, plan and manage projects through product research and collaboration with sales, marketing and customer success. This will form the basis for your growth roadmap.
- Develop hypotheses for new and improved workflows, then design experiments and prototypes that test those hypotheses.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to build consensus around a solution and ship high-quality experiences.
- Draw and present conclusions and recommendations through data-driven analysis of results.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to educate our team, our customers and bring new workflows to market by conveying the problems we're solving with the workflows and products we're launching.
- Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding and representing their needs.
You have:
- 5+ years of product management experience, mostly in B2B SaaS products.
- Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with UI best practices.
- Extended experience in analytics, user research, and data-driven business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (ex: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering), MBA or other advanced degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.

- A-B and multi-variate testing technology like Google Optimize, Optimizely
- And other typical collaboration platforms like Notion, Airtable, Etc
It's great, but not required if you also:
- Have software development experience like Next.js, Rails, and React
- Know Webflow
- Know SQL
