Matterport is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Promote to lead capabilities for agents who will be reporting to the Director of Product Management.
In this role you will drive adoption of the Matterport digital twin platform by optimizing the workflow for real-estate agents. You will be a thought partner and trusted stakeholder to functional leads across Matterport in product, design, marketing, analytics and sales teams to set and exceed aggressive growth targets. You should thrive at the intersection of customer-focused product, data, marketing and sales.
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, from crafting strategy, to capturing business requirements, to planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. You will drive initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle including Acquisition, Activation, Conversion and Retention across Matterport’s agent product experiences. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the growth vectors to drive value for customers and the business.
Furthermore, as an early member of a new team, you will work side by side with team members to lead efforts to build and shape our overall strategy and capability.

What you will do:
- Accelerate Matterport’s customer acquisition and revenue growth by executing end-to-end across the Matterport customer journey for real-estate agents
- Collaborate with design, engineering, sales and marketing to craft end-to-end experiences that delight our customers and exceed our goals
- Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial decisions - Execute and analyze customer research plans to improve engagement performance and conversion rates
- Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, with excellent execution
- Ensure the team is maximizing the impact by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards to track your progress.
- Help develop standardized product metrics and KPIs for agent growth
- Present findings to senior decision makers and leaders across the organization.
- Help define and build out scalable processes for the team and function.
Who you are:
- 4-6 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment working with cross-functional teams to create B2C or B2B2C products
- Proven experience planning and executing programs across multiple stakeholders with excellent written, verbal and organizational communication skills. You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with your colleagues and peers.
- Organization and efficiency — Expertise in designing and executing data-driven initiatives, ability to draw conclusions and scale test learnings with internal & external teams.
- Team player with a “do-er” mentality–– able to operate in both large company (operating at scale) and small company (scrappy execution) environments.
- Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes - you can ideate and execute sophisticated projects and own them from start to finish.
- Empathetic: You deeply understand how customers think. You can accurately predict how changes will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight.
- The ideal candidate has Marketplace or residential real-estate experience (i.e. Shopify, Opendoor etc) and a deep understanding of workflows used to operate & sell real estate projects

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,824 to $171,600 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
