Location Qualifications: This role is available for those within our Hubs (Amsterdam, Paris) and City locations (Ghent, London, Wroclaw and Munich) to work in our hybrid model. 

Position Overview:

Showpad is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our product team.. You’ll work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, support and sales teams to define and deliver experiences across the Showpad suite of products that directly impact thousands of businesses around the world.

Success in this role will be that you have delivered elegant design and taken ownership of one of our key product lines within our eOS platform. You will have collaborated with the wider product and design team to strategically map a plan of the future growth and development of that product. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver UX solutions that measurably improve the core workflows of our target users.
• Design mental models, end-to-end journeys, and user interfaces for Showpad software products.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
• Produce artefacts and organise workshops and research for both formative and evaluative studies.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to build the best possible experience for our users

Key Requirements:

• Multiple years of In house software design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving. 
• Proven experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas and provide constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
