The Sr. Commerce Product Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the development and performance of Service products or services offered by a Lucid Motors. Their role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, finance, and service area teams, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the company's Service Center,  Customer Relations, Customer Care offerings.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, finance, and service teams, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly e-commerce experiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and identify areas of differentiation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of e-commerce products.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support sales teams by providing product training, creating sales materials, and participating in customer meetings.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, metrics, and data to continually improve product performance and user experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest service functions trends, technologies, and best practice

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. 
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT product management, in the Service 
  • 4+ Year leading a team of junior  Product Managers 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of technology and service Center,  Customer Relations, Customer Care, business processes and functional dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
  • Strong understanding of service function business models, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers and a good understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and experience in leveraging data to drive product decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically while also being able to dive into tactical execution.
  • A passion for a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Automotive manufacturing industry experience a plus 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $115,000 - $165,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
