Sourcer: Product Management and Design

As Pendo’s first Product Management and Design Sourcer, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our Product Manager and Design Organization.

The Product Manager and Design Sourcer's responsibility is to find passive talent from the Product and Design space, with the use of creative online and offline research. Sourcer will work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to engage with relevant candidates, and will own the top to mid-funnel.

Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage a model of operation
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns
• Find and engage passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
• Screen resumes and interview candidates against qualifications
• Track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Manager and/or Design sourcing experience 
• Experience building and executing sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
• Experience screening resumes against role specific qualifications
• Ability to engage passive candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients with attention to detail
