As part of the design studio composed of 80+ talented designers, the Social Media Brand Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality assets for organic and promoted content, taking Qonto social channels to the next level, and driving high engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The Social Media Brand Designer will be in charge of increasing our motion design content production for all of our social channels. Your work will be seen at some of Qonto’s main touch-points for current and potential clients - by thousands of people every day.

You will help us to reach our ambitious goals in our 4 markets: France, Germany, Spain, and Italy - while working within an 8 people team composed of brand designers and social media managers that are fully committed to reaching our audience in the most delightful way.

Our monthly boosting budget of 6 digits is used to reach and engage with the right audiences - Company founders, freelancers, CEO, and CFO of SMBs - through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

His path?Eduardo is a multidisciplinary branding expert and team leader. He has worked in the branding, marketing, start-ups, and advertising industries within creative, culture, content & experience from hyper-local to global projects. Now, he is leading the Marketing Brand Design Team at Qonto with the help of his talented brand designers Sara, Guilherme & Yeonji.

What can he bring to the team? Upon joining Qonto, Eduardo committed himself to guiding and inspiring his team to create perfectly crafted visuals, meaningful concepts, and coherent solutions to solve complex problems. Besides Social Media, his scope also comprises leading the team to develop assets for our blog, CRM, local marketing initiatives, and partnerships (FR, IT, DE, ES). He will be the perfect manager to help you grow in your understanding of Social Media, Brand Design, Design Systems & Management.

• Brand design skills: you’re an expert on working with complex brand guidelines, using your diverse background to replicate a brand and create innovative solutions.

• Strong organic social media skills: you have 3+ years of experience in design production for social media - up to date with guidelines, trends, and best practices.

• Motion design & editing skills: you’re a great storyteller with great references, avoid deja-vu solutions, and not just an animator of things made by other designers.

• Sense of ownership: You successfully lead your projects and share your approach and expertise, to continuously improve the team’s work.

• Excellent analytical skills: you are data-driven and know how to have creative ideas based on data insights

• Great team player: you love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as growth & design, local markets, and sales

• Languages: You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members within the company.
