Service Designer (d/f/m)

At Personio, Customer Experience teams enable our customers to understand the product, provide feedback, grow and ultimately unlock the full potential of HR organizations. 

The Implementation of Personio for our customers is the first step en route to ensuring a successful product adoption, and therefore a high-quality, efficient, and educational process is a must for companies who sign up to our service. 

As the Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing, aligning, and validating our implementation services to ensure we can bring value to our customers in a scalable and sustainable approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform user research to ensure we understand our customer's needs and design our services from a customer-centric perspective
• Analyze competitors and best practices to define and develop best-in-class services compared to industry standards
• Develop and prototype scalable Implementation approaches based on the needs and resources of our different customer segments
• Build the following into the design of our services 
• Risk management & resolution of blockers
• Performance management with KPIs reflecting the adoption of the product, service satisfaction, quality, and cost, with constant feedback and engagement
• Alignment to Personio’s vision, and the mission of the Professional Services team
• Identify improvement potentials with the implementation service offerings
• Plan and review service road maps for the Professional Services team and communicate those to CX leadership and relevant teams

• Relevant experience in a similar role over 2+ years
• Excellent communication skills, business English, with German being a plus 
• Experience in design thinking
• Ability to grasp and visualize complex processes 
• Customer-centricity and thorough user research
• Effective use of available resources to prototype services and validate ideas
• Storytelling, ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind and design of new services to a wide audience
• Highest standards for the quality of your work, analytical and structured way of working 
• Ambitious goals with a hands-on approach to turn your plans into solutions quickly and pragmatically
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective working relationships across multiple teams, stakeholder management, collaboration and co-creation
