Senior Visual Designer - job at Readdle

Senior Visual designer within the Readdle Marketing team creates all sorts of visual marketing materials, and internal resources to support a brand system for Readdle and create assets needed for performance marketing tests. We expect a candidate with senior-level skills to work for products and brand promotion, wherever there is interaction with the customer in the context of brand awareness and sales.

Basically, it's about communicating the value of the product or its different features to Readdle customers through the creation of high-quality inspirational marketing materials. In this role, you will gain experience working on brand-led creative and design projects, branding campaigns, experimental activations, and corporate identity.

What you'll do:

Lead the development of highly engaging and visually impressive creative design materials for our products to explain its value to the existing customers and engage the new audience
Create high-quality visuals, icons, and illustrations
Mentoring junior-mid level Designers
Research and ideate fresh design concepts for improving the level of design in marketing communication
Working with our marketing and product teams as stakeholders, to deliver the best solutions for our digital marketing projects
Working across multiple project deadlines
Taking ownership of projects, from concept through to completion

About you:

Experience working with branding and identity design
Experience working with marketing design for digital products 3+ years
Skill in composition, typography, and design
Strong verbal and written communication skills
English speaking B2+
Team player
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe
Creative Suit
Passionate about design and eager to learn more
Preferably: Bachelor in design or a related field
Good communication and presentation skills
The ability to animate or design in 3D will be an advantage
