We're a close-knit UX team made up of Product Designers, Content Strategists and UX Researchers. We're embedded on product teams so that we can be involved with projects from the get-go and work really closely with other disciplines at every stage of the process. At Wealthsimple today, we have a small but mighty UX Research team. We’re adaptable generalists who each bring different skills and experiences to our research practice. We all co-own the practice of UX Research at Wealthsimple, working together to build resources, tools, and culture. We are situated with the broader UX team, along with our peers in Product Design and Product Content.

The Investing mandate is responsible for designing experiences that empower our Clients with the accessible investing tools they need to achieve financial freedom, no matter their goals, time horizon, or level of sophistication. You will focus your energy on solving complex and interconnected problems for both our Trade and Invest products. You will provide strategic research support to enable our team to deliver experiences that empower and encourage our Clients to discover investing strategies, securities, and tools that democratize access and wealth. You will be a key voice of the client, helping the team stay in touch with our customers through rapid experimentation and scaling. You will build systems for gathering insights continuously from clients as the product grows, support Product Designers with gathering client input on new ideas, and run studies and investigations to help the team make smarter, more human-centred decisions. You’ll work with a team of designers, content strategists, and other UX researchers to create best-in-class and leading experiences for the Trade and Invest apps.
