As the name says, our Core HR Domain is responsible for core HR functionalities, such as Absences, Time Tracking, Document Management, Employee Profiles as well as Analytics & Reporting. We are on a mission to empower organizations for employee self-service and remarkable employee management. This can only be accomplished by providing a best-in-class user experience that is solidly rooted in an in-depth understanding of human resources, organizations and most of all, people at work.
Like all our tribes and teams we are a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, researchers and product managers from many different nationalities and backgrounds, spread across different locations, continuing to grow in 2022.
As a Senior UX Researcher, your goal at Personio is to provide in-depth understanding of our users to empower our product teams to make the best user-centered decisions.
