About the role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior UX Designer to join our team. In this exciting, impactful role, you'll be collaborating internally and externally on customer-focused efforts that deliver on our mission to protect all the customers of the world’s largest digital companies.

Reporting to the UX Design Lead for Partner services, you will be collaborating closely with with closely with our growth product team including other UX designers, UX writers and Growth Product Managers, account managers and partnership leads within the Partner Services team, you will contribute your UX skills, user-centered practices and outstanding interface design to deliver groundbreaking solutions that are genuine world firsts and that disrupt one of the world’s oldest industries by putting the customer first. What your working week will involve:

  • Lead user-centered design processes, including partner research, competitive analysis, personas, scenarios, and journey mapping to create seamless experiences for partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Partner Services Directors, Account Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, to identify partner needs and uncover design opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and present high-quality UX deliverables, like wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions tailored to partner services.
  • Apply design thinking principles and methodologies to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that cater to the unique needs and goals of partners on web, mobile, and other platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing with partners, iterating on designs based on their feedback and data-driven insights to ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Utilize growth hacking techniques in the UX design process to optimize partner experiences, focusing on boosting partner engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling protection services.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, focusing on components and patterns specific to partner services and ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
  • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, as well as industry best practices in partner services, to keep the product competitive and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints with partners and internal stakeholders to uncover insights, generate ideas, and validate design solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop design strategies to enhance the overall partner experience and achieve business objectives.

What the ideal profile looks like:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 -8+ years experience 
  • Design thinking and problem-solving: Ability to apply design thinking principles and methodologies to identify user needs, develop innovative solutions, and resolve complex design challenges.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and user-centric products.
  • User research and testing: Proficiency in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Technical expertise: Familiarity with design and  prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), research tools and a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Design systems and consistency: Experience developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency in visual language, interaction patterns, and branding across products and platforms.
  • Data-driven design: Ability to analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences for engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and mentorship: Experience leading design projects, guiding junior designers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills: Demonstrated proficiency in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • E-commerce expertise: Prior experience working in the e-commerce space, with a focus on designing solutions that drive growth and optimize task conversion. Demonstrable understanding of e-commerce best practices, conversion funnels, and strategies for improving user engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
