Because we believe that you, as a Senior Product Researcher, can have a real impact on the product and company processes by identifying with your research healthcare-related journeys, problems and needs of people across different markets.

What does the role of a Researcher do?
- Drive user research that is going to help make the healthcare experience more human.
- Conduct qualitative research to understand people with their healthcare-related needs and with your knowledge strategically guide product and company decisions.
- Execute the researchprocess (planning the research, defining goals, conducting, analyzing,reporting and evangelizing findings).
- Collaborate with different team members (product managers, product designer, data analysts etc)and influence their decisions with insights coming from your research to help build product that is matching needs and patterns of customers and users.
- Identify impactful opportunities for product and company processes based on your findings and insights about people behaviours, patterns and needs.
- Proactively seek improvements in the research process and methodologies
- Design the quantitative side of the research and/or experiments to support product decisions.
Requirements
Who are you?
- You are an experienced researcher with a broad spectrum of research skills and an expert in qualitative research methods.
- You are passionate about your work, staying curious and you know how to explore people's behaviors, motivations and desires as well as their problems and how to transfer the knowledge to opportunities for product development and company processes.
- You are eager to think about future challenges the product can face - for example, due to the legislation or market changes in a specific country, and do research to find the best solution.
- You are a great communicator/storyteller - you know how to attract your stakeholders with your findings using a variety of mediums, how to share empathy and evangelize the knowledge about people's behaviours.
What skills and experiences do we want you to have?
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in product research, including experience with running research for early-stage/new product conceptualization, as well as with research helping ship new versions or feature enhancements of existing products.
- You have experience working with iterative user research and knowledge of which approaches work and which ones don't.
- You used to work in agile or lean in a highly collaborative environment with product designers, researchers, data analysts, product managers and engineers.
- You have experience in analysing key customer journey routes, seeing the bigger picture but also areas for optimisation by defining and tracking relevant KPI’s..
- You have the ability to prioritize test ideas/hypotheses based on impact and effort.
- Familiarity with remote work and asynchronous team communication practices.
- It requires verbal and written fluency in English and German.
Which skills are ‘bonus points’?
- Experience with web analytics tools as well as other quantitative research tools.You know how to evaluate and quantify identified patterns and problems in your research, you know how to set the right metrics for research initiatives.
- Fluency with one of the others languages from Docplanner markets is a plus (Portuguese, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish).
