The Role ?‍?

Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever.

As Senior Product Operations Manager, your goal is to support the product team to improve processes, tools and communications across the organization.

What you'll do…

Work cross functionally to understand teams’ needs when it comes to making their workflows run more smoothly.
Design templates and resources for the product team.
Build style guides to create a consistent voice in for knowledge management.
Being proactive on listening to needs across the organization and thinking about how to solve them at scale.
Work cross functionally to understand the needs of different teams and proposing and implementing solutions.
Design scalable processes for data management.
Facilitate product adoption by creating training materials in text and video for product launches.

What we're looking for ?

5+ years of work experience in operations or product related functions.
Experience with Zendesk or other knowledge management and customer support platforms.
A passion for creating organization and structure.
Ability to write clear documentation.
Ability to communicate clearly through writing and video.
Experience with implementing new tools across an organization.
Some experience working with international teams and a desire for remote work.
Experience working in high growth startups or fast paced organizations.
