Role overview:
Gather’s product is built by a small team of product managers, engineers, designers, and artists working together to introduce the world to the future of remote work. In this role, you’ll be the first product operations hire that will help us drive operational excellence across these teams.
Where you will make an impact:
- Lead all aspects of product operations to drive operational excellence
- Ensure clear and regular communication of key initiatives and metrics across the company to executive leadership, customers and other teams
- Ensure optimal communication, collaboration and product execution with all key stakeholders including product leads and senior leadership
- Partner with product stakeholders to collect, prioritize, communicate, and address product-related challenges
- Supervise the development and tracking of OKRs and key metrics across the Product organization
- Establish and maintain a cohesive Product Development Lifecycle
- Develop and implement processes in collaboration with customer-facing teams, including bug triaging, incident response and feature request management
What you will bring:
- 4+ years experience of product operations or program management experience
- Experience working with high-performing EPD teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and rapid product development
- Strong organizational and program management skills along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- You are scrappy, have a bias toward action, and love moving fast
