ABOUT THE TEAM

We are building the leading Product and Engineering organization in Europe. Product Operations is our function for excellence in execution. Trade Republic is expanding rapidly. To ensure that this expansion is eventless, and successful we need an experienced Product Operations Manager. As part of the Product Operations team for Banking at Trade Republic, you act as the COO for Banking. And you will help Trade Republic build and operate the bank that powers our mission. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As the Product Operations Manager for Banking you wear many hats. Being successful within Product Operations at Trade Republic means you need to be: 

• The optimizer: Evaluate base-load on the team and derive strategies for process optimisation and automation to improve team operational efficiency

• The launcher: Coordinate product launches and ensure the experience thereafter is seamless and pain free.

• The user voice: The single point of contact for Customer Success and Satisfaction. Use a data-driven approach and relevant metrics to track, understand and influence the user experience.

• The expert: Be a data driven subject matter expert on how the product works and how it can be improved.

• The gatekeeper: Collect feedback, own communication, drive prioritisation and execution, improve tracking and reports and connect all stakeholders helping the product team function pain-free and towards the same goal.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience within operation functions in the banking space or hands on consulting experience in the space

• Ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment to improve processes and bring products from idea to launch

• A track record of successfully managing projects or programs within financial services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with the ability to distil complex product requirements and align stakeholders across the organization
