Product Marketing at Checkout.com
At Checkout.com, Product Marketing is responsible for orchestrating go-to-market initiatives globally. Reporting to the Core Payments Product Marketing Manager you'll serve as the key liaison between Product and Commercial teams.

You'll collaborate with Product teams to deliver powerful go to market strategies with a focus on driving awareness and loyalty for Checkout’s core payments products. You'll build strong relationships with team members from multiple functions across the organization including Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Foundations and scale: you'll deliver frameworks and best practice for value proposition articulation. By working closely with the wider product marketing organization, you'll be instrumental to help us connect the dots and operationalize how we communicate our offering with our merchants at scale.
  • Value proposition articulation: you'll develop highly personalized messaging through sales collateral.
  • Commercial team enablement: using global frameworks, you'll produce and deliver core payments enablement assets to support the full sales lifecycle
  • Innovation: you'll think creatively with a customer centric approach - you'll have a chance to come up with new ways of delivering personalized value propositions for our strategic accounts to deliver value and deepen meaningful relationships over time.
  • Operations: as this is a new role, you'll be instrumental to create strong operational foundations to help us operationalize our strategic product marketing efforts by creating effective processes, templates and scaling the team as necessary.

About you:

  • You have experience in B2B enterprise product marketing
  • Proven experience working closely in a partnership with a commercial organization
  • You're commercially minded with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • With exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you know how to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Able to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a scale-up environment
  • You have a strong interest for e-commerce and payments technologies, and a good knowledge of industry players, and major up-and-coming trends
