We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to take charge of marketing experience. You will lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritisation, and external communications, you will help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base.
- Create diverse product positioning & messaging
- Plan product releases & manage launches
- Track industry trends & report on market KPI’s
- Establish & meet deadlines
- Use data-driven communication and creativity to expand into new channels, focus on new cohorts for personalisation and introduce new brand strategies
- Optimise and iterate on your work by finding new ways to provide customer value at every step of the journey
- Establish formal feedback channels to track performance and optimise through continuous testing
- Create compelling technical content & advocate the company’s message & brand across the wider technology community
- Review competitive offerings and make recommendations for product differentiation
- Partner and collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure product strategy and feature roadmaps support market needs
- Work with Product Managers across multiple streams to identify areas of potential growth, opportunities to improve our messaging and profile and further opportunities for commercial drive activities
- Excited by solving tough problems no one else has solved
- A love for working on high-impact, cross-departmental initiatives that require expert project and stakeholder management
- An analytical mind and a passion for diving into data to inform decision-making
- A habit of experimentation and view it as an essential tool for strategy
- The ability to draw insights and create actionable outcomes from performance data, market research, industry analysis, and customer feedback
- A track record of influencing decisions through strong relationships outside your immediate team
- 4+ years experience in a similar senior-level product marketing role ideally in the technology or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and visual
- Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or other marketing programs
- Expertise in project management and cross-group collaboration
- Excellent ability to multi-task & problem solve
- Experience creating & delivering content to the market
