Job Summary:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will help bring UserTesting products solutions to life. This role partners collaboratively with our Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to bring new products and features to market  with a focus on delivering customer value. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Mentors a team ensuring continued growth and development
  • Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases, coordinating with cross-functional team members across the organization. 
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement and Customer Success Enablement teams to ensure the field teams can clearly articulate the value of our solutions to both buyers and existing customers; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it. 
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Develop, persuasively sell, and articulate the case for product investment and development that build long-term value for the business – never losing sight of the customer.
  • Demonstrates UserTesting’s values through work product and within day to day team interactions. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expertise in launching solutions that appeal to small and midsize businesses, as well as large enterprises and the global 2000.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with ability to work well cross functionally
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Strong speaking skills and experience presenting to large stage audiences
  • Experience developing graphically interesting and compelling presentations, exemplary demos, as well as persuasive sales tools and collateral
  • Ability to work well with enterprise field sales teams
  • Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A focus on continuous improvement 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5-8 years product marketing experience with a strong background in enterprise SaaS.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
