About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced product marketer to lead the growth of our premium product line. As a Sr. PMM,  you’ll lead, develop, and create the strategy to drive growth for our Udemy Business technical product lines.
About You
You will be responsible for crafting and telling the market narrative that is supported by market insights and analysis and help to create product direction for Udemy Business. You have experience in a variety of product marketing functions, including messaging and positioning, product launch, pricing and packaging, competitive analysis and market insights. You’ve worked with customer-facing teams to enable them to speak to our product and vision, and incorporate the customer’s voice into all that we do.
You will own the positioning and messaging of Udemy Business Pro by deeply understanding the product, industry, and customer profile of Udemy Business buyers and end learners.  You will own competitive intelligence for similar products to clearly articulate our value and differentiation and partner with the sales team to close opportunities.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the vision, objectives and key success metrics for the technical products within Udemy Business 
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning that leads to revenue growth for premium products
  • Lead cross-functional strategy across PDE, Support, Sales Engineering, Operations and GTM teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Partner with Enablement team and lead training that equips Sales and Customer Success teams with positioning, value selling and competitive intelligence to effectively sell premium products
  • Leverage customer feedback and market insights to influence product strategy
  • Strategize and execute engagement methods with Customer Marketing and Customer Success for long term success 
  • Lead general competitive research for online learning providers and similar type of B2B learning platforms and products to enable sales, CS and product teams

We're Excited About You Because You Have

  • A BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Proven success with enterprise Saas B2B software product experience
  • An ability to translate customer needs into product roadmap and priorities 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills that can work across teams in different locations and functions.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills that can communicate complex business products in a simple, compelling way.
  • Understanding of the technical space, technical team needs, and the ingredients for success on similar products 
  • Strategic, analytical thinking capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • A customer-centric approach in everything you do to make into go-to-market & product development processes world-class.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM (eg. Salesforce), SQL, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
