About the Team 
The Marketing team's mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by defining and dominating our category. Our team's purview spans all things marketing — product marketing, demand gen, content, events, brand, AR/PR, ops — as well as our outbound engine, competitive, enablement, and value engineering. We're responsible not just for creating high-velocity pipeline, but also the programs and trainings that help turn pipeline into revenue.

About the Role
Clari is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team.

Success in this role requires developing a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and how Clari can help drive these outcomes, and translate this insight to compelling messaging across industries, buyer personas, sales decks, marketing campaigns, etc. 

You are a product champion with experience in enterprise B2B marketing. You have experience developing strategic and innovative GTM programs for B2B software products across industries and you have successfully launched high growth products. You understand market dynamics, industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you be the subject matter expert for your products both internally and externally. Working cross-functionally and approaching business problems in a data-driven manner are fundamental to this role.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market and product market fit across industries, buyer personas, key use cases, and customer needs
  • Own product positioning & messaging for your respective product lines
  • Develop industry-focused use cases and sales plays to break into new segments
  • Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral using every medium (videos, keynotes, presentations, etc.) and channels (web copy, webinars, field events, sales decks, etc.)
  • Make Clari’s product launches comprehensive and larger than life by collaborating with Product Management, GTM, Demand Gen, Enablement, and a variety of other stakeholders 
  • Drive pipeline growth by closely collaborating with the Demand Generation team on impactful campaigns
  • Enhance sales effectiveness by partnering with Sales Enablement to equip the team with compelling value propositions for diverse industries
  • Act as a key support person for team members, actively collaborating to develop impactful strategies that contribute to departmental growth

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with 4+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Track record with a modern marketing mix; has developed narratives, created thought leadership, presented to large groups, and navigated marketing analytics; is a confident communicator
  • Experience working with various industries in addition to tech, creating custom messaging, sales collateral, and GTM strategies
  • Proven successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including B2B Sales teams 
  • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to partner with different teams - including but not limited to Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, CS - across the company
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Stand out verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus

The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

    The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $202,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
