We are looking for rockstar talent to join our fast-growing Marketing team and to help supportthe incredible growth we are seeing in the region. In this high impact, delivery-focused role you will build a state of the art low touch model by looking across the entire customer lifecycle, in partnership with Product. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and implement product-led growth strategies to drive trial adoption, user engagement, add-on attach, revenue generation and retention lift.

  • Collaborate with Product to create a seamless user experience that effectively communicates the value proposition of our product with a focus on a delightful first use onboarding experience.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and how our product can solve their challenges at every stage of their engagement with Personio.

  • Analyze trial user behavior and conversion rates to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.

  • Build business cases to prioritize product resources to justify investing in ongoing product and customer experience enhancements that increase revenue 

  • Develop messaging, segmentation and data driven targeting frameworks based on customer insights and continuous testing 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, sales and CX to optimize the trial experience and drive growth.

  • Partner with the Pricing & Packaging team to simplify the pricing & signup experience to maximize revenue and improve conversion.

  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of trial optimizations and make data-driven recommendations for future iterations.

  • Identify new opportunities for growth by staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to trial conversion, user engagement, attach rates, revenue growth and retention rates.

  • Along with the Director, Product for PLG, evangelize your team’s mission and vision across the company.

  • Product marketing growth experience focused on targeted in-product messaging, segmentation & A/B testing that produced measurable revenue impact

  • Experience with product-led growth at a high growth B2C or B2B SaaS company

  • Ability to build compelling data driven business cases to influence cross-functional teams to get resources approved 

  • You are passionate about modern forms of product planning, self-serviced user discovery, and product adoption strategies.

  • You demonstrated ability to interact with and influence diverse teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering

  • You have Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable takeaways

  • You have a high degree of comfort with data driven KPI/metrics, and an understanding of how it can be leveraged in a B2B technology market

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results

  • You are highly motivated and willing to learn

  • You are not afraid to make mistakes: You fail fast but you learn from them
