About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market launch of our point-of-sale (POS) software solutions. Our Product Marketing team is growing rapidly, and this person will be a key member of the foundational team, helping to grow the team and establish the PMM function within Dutchie. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. In this role, you will drive development and execution of end-to-end marketing for our POS software solutions that enable retailers to more seamlessly offer consumers safe and easy access to cannabis. You’ll partner with the Dutchie Product Team to bring new products and programs to market, developing strategies and GTM plans. You’re committed to understanding the needs of the audience, using data and research to serve as the voice of the customer internally. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying that information, ultimately fueling product adoption and customer happiness. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, Creative, and more.
