Mitte is on a mission to provide healthy hydration for everybody. Having created the world's first smart water system inspired by the natural water cycle, we are driven to reinvent how water is consumed globally. Our solution allows users to create personalized mineralized water at home, giving them control over their drinking water while minimizing plastic wastage.
We have just launched our first product, the "Mitte Home", and we are determined to tap into the potential of our drinking water and improve lives with healthy hydration. Our process works in two simple steps. First, we purify water with proprietary technology. After purification, water is mineralized through a unique, patent-pending mineralization process.

The Role:
Mitte’s Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its growing team. The role will be responsible for driving the growth of Mitte’s core product Mitte Home and consumables business across acquisition and retention through product marketing. You will work hand-in-hand with teams such as Media, Marketing Analytics, Creative, Product, Consumer Insights, Retention to develop data-driven approaches to Mitte’s marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large), has an outstanding work ethic, excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of our core product and consumables business by examining the performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey and identifying key marketing and product levers to unlock incremental improvements
- Own the product (s) through its lifecycle from launch to the end of life, through consistent positioning and messaging across customer touchpoints
- Partner with key cross-functional leads to understand the brand and business goals, and consumer insights to inform the development of strategic marketing programs such as product awareness, feature launch, or word-of-mouth campaigns
- Work closely with our in-house creative team and creative agency partners to bring to life compelling communications
- Craft narratives that are centered around customers’ buying needs to explain Mitte’s products & solutions to internal and external partners and consumers
- Oversee the process for creating product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our buying audience
- Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to influence product teams for new and existing products
- Conduct market research and internal data analysis to find opportunities to expand Mitte’s market share across geographies and verticals
- Become a conduit between the Product and Marketing teams, ensuring departments are aligned and working towards the same goals
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hydration ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
Your Profile:
- You have impeccable writing skills & excellent verbal communication skills in English and are ideally fluent in German too.
- 5+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing environment and developing best-in-class marketing programs for consumer brands
- Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing, sales team enablement, or demand generation
- Demonstrable experience in building product propositions, developing product positioning and messaging
- A strategic mindset to plan and structure an approach to explore future engagement strategies integrating product and marketing
- The ability to get support and buy-in from diverse teams across the organization and implement in a test-and-learn environment
- Experience working in an e-commerce, consumer tech environment
