Who we are & why we’re hiring

Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.

Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we're on a journey to becoming a globally antiracist company that supports diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business. We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we're looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum.

About the job

Twilio is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager LATAM to add fuel to our business in Latin America. Twilio is well established in the cloud communications space globally, but we have work to do to raise awareness in the region. This is a full stack product marketing role in that you will support product launches, customer presentations, sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions, specifically for LATAM.  Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s growth aspirations.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager LATAM, you will live the Twilio Magic values:

  • BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD: Take the initiative to identify the products or markets that differentiate Twilio in Latam - and then build the full suite of coverage from positioning, messaging, website, and detailed sales assets.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Interact extensively across functional teams within Twilio, sales, product marketing, product, content, brand, field, and developer network.
  • DRAW THE OWL & WRITE IT DOWN: There is no instruction book. In many situations, you will need to work with what you have to find the best path to success for your stakeholders.

The Product Marketing team at Twilio is responsible for defining the next chapter of customer engagement through world-class messaging and positioning, storytelling and customer insights. The Product Marketing team plays an integral role in talking to and listening to customers, to understand their delights, needs and frustrations; and using that to inform the product narrative.

Qualifications

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

We are looking for a great product marketer that can thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, specifically:

  • You are technical--you like learning how to build things and figuring out how best to demonstrate the benefits of the product.
  • You are a strategic thinker--you like to build a deep product knowledge and dig deep into the mind of your target buyer to deeply understand their needs.
  • You know how to turn a story into a presentation--you can communicate complex concepts to leave a lasting impression.
  • You can see many paths to the same destination--you are always thinking of new and creative ways to drive greater impact through your work, especially through content.
  • You can get things done--you empower others and bring them along on the journey of your project and you influence them without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish (speaking and writing) is a must.

Location

This role will be based in Brazil. You'll have the option to work from home, or from a beautiful Twilio office in Sao Paulo. Twilio offers benefits and perks to support the physical, financial, and emotional well being of you and your loved ones, around the world.

What We Offer
