Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep experience in building, scaling, and enabling international marketing programs and sales / channel enablement.
Your role will be to lead enterprise marketing strategies, campaigns, content, and enablement that increase awareness and adoption of Atlassian’s IT service management (ITSM) solution, Jira Service Management, across targeted, international regions. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work closely with our demand generation, channel, sales, and product marketing teams to unlock the potential of international markets.

What you'll do

  • Define, build, and execute international marketing strategies for Jira Service Management across demand generation, sales enablement and channel teams.
  • Analyze customer data, uncover insights, and prioritize needs to develop regional messaging, enablement, and marketing campaigns to meet booking goals.
  • Build localized marketing campaigns and content, such as thought leadership, case studies, and sales assets, to generate leads and accelerate deals.
  • Equip in-market sales teams and partners with messaging, sales tools, and training to accelerate the enterprise sales process.
  • Partner closely with ITSM Solution Partners to drive co-marketing opportunities across lead generation, content creation, and events.
  • Identify and support local teams in participating in regional events, such as tradeshows, industry events, and user groups

Your background

  • You have 7+ years of related international and product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software. You have in-market experience marketing in European regions.
  • You have deep experience leading cross-functional teams, across marketing, sales, and channel, with new, undefined charters to achieve business outcomes.
  • You have experience as a leader working at a remote site and creating relationships across different regions and functional areas.
  • You have a ‘business owner’ mindset. You take extreme ownership to execute complex initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • You love enabling sales / channel teams and working closely with partners and partner marketing to reach decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • You are a strong and compelling communicator, both in writing and public speaking.
  • You have a strong technical acumen and can quickly translate complex concepts into easily digestible messages. Passion and subject matter expertise in IT Operations, ITSM, and/or DevOps are recommended.
  • French and German language fluency is a plus.
