How We Work
GrowthLoop is transforming how enterprises activate their first-party data and accelerate marketing impact with AI-driven automation—and we need a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help bring this story to life.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to product marketing partner for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing—crafting the messaging, materials, and strategies that fuel GrowthLoop’s category leadership. From driving sales enablement and persona-based messaging to executing product launches and building a customer advocacy engine, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our value is clearly understood and consistently reinforced across every GTM motion.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that will shape how GrowthLoop is positioned in the market, how our sales team wins deals, and how customers see and champion our success. If you thrive at the intersection of strategic storytelling, GTM execution, and sales enablement, this is your chance to make a direct impact on a rapidly growing AI-powered marketing platform.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Content Marketing to evangelize GrowthLoop’s new category by bringing our thought leadership to life in a way that connects the entire funnel & buyers-journey. Own the creation of bottom-of-funnel content—including how-to guides, product videos, and other creative product-focused content that is educational, entertaining, and highly consumable.
Execute a steady & lightweight product launch engine—ensuring that GrowthLoop’s product innovations are dominating the airwaves of our ICP and our value is clearly understood.
Be a strategic partner to the Sales & CSG teams, working directly with reps to understand their sales cycles, identify gaps in materials or messaging, and continuously refine materials & enablement strategies based on real-world feedback. Create pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and objection-handling materials that help Sales tell a clear, compelling story at every stage of the funnel.
Own persona-level messaging, ensuring clear differentiation and value articulation that ensures our messaging resonates up and down the buying committee. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and CSG teams to ensure that messaging is consistently reinforced and present across all touchpoints.
Develop a repeatable process for publishing customer success stories and testimonials that bring to life the real-world successes of leveraging GrowthLoop’s platform. Turn our customers into advocates, ensuring they’re heavily featured across our GTM execution.
Who You Are
The estimated base salary for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 USD. The total compensation will also include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
