At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. Your manager is in Seattle, WA, but you can work remotely in the US.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join our team...

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help everyday entrepreneurs and domain investors set up, grow and protect their digital ventures. You’ll serve these audiences by developing a deep understanding of their needs and evangelizing opportunities for growth that advance our value propositions and build a roadmap that solves customer problems. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Insights teams to bring new products 7 features to market, both in the US and internationally.

What you'll get to do...

  • Customer insights: Understand the goals, jobs to be done, and difficulties of our customer segments and develop actionable insights through self-motivated research or partnership with the research team.
  • Product positioning: Craft differentiated positioning for an array of domain products and services. Deliver optimized messaging, claims, and other artifacts via meticulous A/B experimentation.
  • Go-To-Market input: Partner with marketing teams to provide key input on the customer target and value proposition to launch new products and services.
  • Market intelligence: Be a guide on competitive alternatives and market trends, and make recommendations on how best to differentiate our value props.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Build strong relationships with teams across GoDaddy to drive product launches and cross-functional initiatives

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience within a complex marketing organization and/or relevant consulting, CPG, or entrepreneurial experience. Experience working with consumers (non-enterprise) preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical ability with confirmed experience using data to drive “test & learn” plans and related actions.
  • Strong experience developing effective, customer-backed product messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy based on market research and customer insights.
  • Validated experience leading multiple products, customer segments, and complex projects independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information and deliver clear and cohesive recommendations.

We've got your back... Enjoy our many benefits (My Wallet), which may vary depending on role and tenure, including paid time off, 401k, bonus eligibility, equity grants and parental leave. Join one of our employee resource groups (Culture). Once approved, continue to have a side hustle if you have one (we love entrepreneurs, remember?). Most importantly, come as you are and make your own way.
