Marketing Lead, Global Partnerships at Checkout.com
Checkout.com is looking for an experienced partnership marketer to establish this new function in our fast-growing, dynamic marketing organization. In this role, you will establish our strategic approach to partnership marketing. You will work alongside our global partnership organization to develop a view on partnership priorities and tiering. You collaborate with our product marketing organization to clearly establish the co-marketing value proposition and communicate the value of our partnership eco-system to prospective and existing merchants.
In this role, you will develop clear frameworks for how we work to leverage partnerships to grow Checkout.com brand awareness and drive scaled customer acquisition. You will work with our marketing organization cross-functionally to develop exciting campaigns that drive meaningful business impact.
This role reports directly to our head of marketing and will work closely to build out the holistic strategic and team vision for the partnership marketing program. This is the opportunity to build our global partnership marketing function and team from the ground up. You should be experienced at growth partnership marketing programs at high growth companies and know how to balance creativity, process and a deep focus on driving big results. 
This role can be office based/remote

What you will do

  • Establish the strategic vision for partnership marketing at Checkout.com, including our approach to global and regional execution
  • Work with the Partnerships team to establish a tiering and priority system to effectively engage with our various partners with a view to long-term scale
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop the value proposition of our partnership eco-system for existing and prospective merchants, and work to develop by-merchant propositions and collateral
  • Lead all aspects of our Partnership portal and educational pages on our website and our presence on partner domains
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing channels to ideate and execute creative, effective campaigns with key partners
  • Establish key performance metrics and monitor ongoing channel and campaign performance
  • Build a regional and global partnership marketing organization strategy

About you

  • Proven experience in partnership marketing at a dynamic, tech-first company
  • Experience managing various partner relationships at a B2B organization; experience with major retail or subscription platforms a plus
  • Solid understanding of general marketing channels including digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing and social media
  • A creative approach to campaign ideation and execution
  • Experience managing global partnership campaigns and programs
  • An obsession with phenomenal design and even better copy
  • An energetic and willing attitude
