The revtech category has never been hotter, and Clari is growing fast! As the company scales, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to work hand-in-hand with our Enterprise field teams. 

This person will be both the strategist and implementer of Enterprise product positioning and go-to-market strategies. This includes working directly with field leadership and reps to determine net new and expansion strategy, gaps, enablement, and content among Enterprise accounts. This person will execute quickly to position Clari as a category leader, identify initiatives that will help shorten buying cycles, and drive impact among all cross-functional teams. This requires a savvy Product Marketer that has worked with Sales and understands how it all ties to full-funnel marketing programs. This person will work closely with the senior sales leaders and functional departments including Sales, CSM/AMs, Technical Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and PR/AR as it pertains to the Enterprise segment. This position offers excellent visibility and set-up for growth based on performance and company momentum.

This role requires a deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS sales processes, a strong, action-oriented presence, cross-functional leadership, the ability to prioritize and find and leverage resources when needed, and someone who can simplify complex technology to a range of audiences. 

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly be an expert with Company products – ability to highlight pains, solutions, buyer ecosystem, and appropriate use cases and translate to value in field
  • Partner with field teams to identify and understand gaps and where Product Marketing can plugin
  • Gain buy-in to prioritize and deliver valuable field content in tandem with field
  • Create and execute detailed cross-organizational product launch and go-to-market plans
  • Create mid-bottom funnel product collateral including whitepapers, datasheets, videos, presentations, playbooks, and more for both Growth Marketing and Sales efforts
  • Leverage Growth Marketing, industry forums, AR/PR activities, and relationships across the organization to drum up more Enterprise Product Marketing activity

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing, sales enablement, or content marketing role with Enterprise experience at a SaaS company
  • Ability to sift through the noise to drive high-impact efforts
  • Proven record of success in product marketing, including developing pain-oriented customer and sales-facing messaging, presentations, and collateral
  • Strategic and tactical team player
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across the entire company, from sales executives to individual contributors in sales, product, and marketing – to foster strong working relationships and drive rapid, cross-functional projects and deliverables
  • Adaptability and continuously builds a positive team spirit
