Our Senior Product Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our Product Marketing Team. This role is based remotely in EMEA or Central/East Coast timezones.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping us better understand our market, its buyers and how they leverage our capabilities, and transform this understanding into product adoption, consumption and cross-sell. 

Responsibilities

  • Understand strategic levers of the product (product capabilities & roadmap, customer acquisition and sales process, pricing & terms, partnership & RTMs, etc.) and use these to influence product strategy
  • Develop and use comprehensive understanding of the target market landscape of buyers, providers, and partners, and use this understanding to educate internal DoiT stakeholders and influence/inform product strategy
  • Develop deep insight into the competitive market dynamics, understand how DoiT products are differentiated today, and form opinions on where DoiT should invest to sustain and grow differentiation in future
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to build and reinforce strong relationships with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and influencers (e.g. PMs, analysts, and customers)
  • Own product positioning, messaging and launch/GTM strategy development, and collaborate broadly and actively around the company to strengthen each of these 
  • Create compelling product content to drive awareness, invite adoption and engagement, and to encourage upsell/cross-sell when relevant opportunities arise
  • Partners with PM to identify new competitive market opportunities and develop and launch new products to augment company portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior product marketer of B2B, cloud-based SaaS technologies
  • Understanding of the public cloud market, and the factors that drive the growth and adoption of these platforms and their related technologies, e.g. Google Cloud Platform, AWS, etc. 
  • Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to be able to drive deeper technology adoption within the existing large account base, e.g. cloud compute, networking and storage infrastructure layers and related tooling
  • Familiarity with key application development technologies and frameworks (e.g. Agile SDLC, DevOps,  and associated tooling)
  • Understanding and/or experience with a fast-growing technology startup
  • Strong and quantified track record (with examples) of creating and publishing product content that drives market reaction and customer behavior
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
