Marketing at Brex

The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, PMM, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do

As the product marketing program manager, you will be a critical partner in bringing new products to market. In this highly collaborative and cross-functional role, you will develop launch programs that ensure all marketing teams understand objectives, timing, and dependencies for upcoming product launches and marketing pushes. You will manage the timeline and coordinate all deliverables to increase the impact of the program and amplify leverage for the assets created. You will report to the VP of Product Marketing and partner closely with our brand, design, and revenue marketing teams. 

Responsibilities  

  • Own product-marketing launch programs end to end.
    • Partner with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to develop the launch brief, identifying timelines and key deliverables. 
    • Put together the process for achieving launch goals, including setting-up regular meetings with all contributors and touch-points with key stakeholders. 
    • Ensure that all teams have the requisite information and insights to complete their assignments. Create leverage by connecting the dots between teams and communicating critical updates, dependencies, and risks to all parties.
    • Identify metrics to assess the impact of the launch program; hold teams accountable to the agreed on KPIs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Brex’s launch programs, including introducing improved processes and communication tactics across the organization. 
  • Participate and contribute to PMM team culture, including attending weekly meetings and providing mentorship and support to team members. 

What We Value

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years in marketing and/or program management.
  • Passion for process, structure, and organization. 
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment and can ruthlessly prioritize and help others prioritize
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm and driving personal vision.
  • Extremely strong interpersonal, relationship-building skills.
