Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to join our team!

In the world of competitive intelligence, there are librarians and there are sharks. We're looking for a shark to build upon our existing competitive intelligence frameworks and knock out our major competitors. We are looking for someone who is creative, enterprising, and scrappy. This role will allow you to take the lead on all competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis company-wide.

What you’ll do

  • Focus on a subset of our competition, developing a strategy for our go-to-market teams to win big with prospects and in renewals
  • Translate strategy into talking points for sales and sales enablement materials
  • Build relationships with Sales and Customer Success, becoming their go-to person for new, competitive information
  • Create continuous improvement loops in refining information
  • Own maintenance of our competitive intelligence tool and management of the vendor
  • Own the process of collecting win/loss analysis - both qualitative and quantitative


You should have

  • Experience in competitive intelligence at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep curiosity about competitors and market dynamics
  • Experience either directly in or collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations
  • A track record of developing scaled messaging, enablement collateral, and training materials for Sales teams
  • Experience with Klue or other competitive intelligence tools
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask, switch priorities, be flexible, and sustain good time management skills
  • An understanding of the SaaS landscape (HR technology experience, a plus)

The national pay range for this role is $141,400- $192,765. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

The anticipated closing date for this role is March 31st, 2025.
