The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, CLM, you will be responsible for communicating value and increasing marketing effectiveness for DocuSign’s Contract Lifecycle Management product. You’ll drive product messaging and positioning, collaborate with demand generation and other parts of marketing to create high impact content and build a pipeline for the product. You’ll work with Business Development to grow our relationships with key ecosystem partners and ensure those stakeholders have what they need to help grow our business. You’ll enable our Sales teams with content and tools aligned to customer needs in various stages of the sales cycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product of Marketing and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities
• Own the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of DocuSign CLM
• Create, lead, manage, and measure product marketing and lead generation initiatives to showcase the value of DocuSign’s CLM product and capabilities to target markets
• Partner with Demand Generation to define market segmentation and campaign strategy. Lead efforts to create the high impact messaging and assets required to execute
• Work with Business Development to ensure that our key ecosystem partners have the messaging, content and tools they need to be successful channel partners
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that content, tools, and other product marketing assets are effectively deployed to, and used by, the field
• Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g. customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations/sessions/training
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that new products and functionality are featured, packaged, priced, launched, and communicated effectively

Basic qualifications
• 8+ years of product marketing (or similar) in the B2B SaaS space
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience marketing solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience in one or more of the following categories: Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management, Document Generation.
• Self-starter who can drive cross functional initiatives with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
