Meet your team

As Product Marketing Manager, you will work together with a highly cross-functional team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and design. You will work internationally and across the entire product lifecycle, from shaping the product, to creating the go-to-market strategy, to enabling our growing sales team and driving adoption post-launch. 

The Product Marketing Manager will join our growing product team and you will create and implement marketing and commercialization strategies to improve product awareness, understanding, and adoption. 


What you’ll do

  • Drive launches for our products and solutions by working closely with a range of cross-functional teams: product managers, engineering, design, sales, marketing.
  • Define product positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonates with our buying audience.
  • Support customer acquisition through sales enablement assets particularly pitch decks, one-sheets, objection handling scripts.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and marketing to create and launch marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for setting, analyzing & reporting on success metrics.
  • Advocate for the customer throughout Choco: regularly engage and understand our customers to identify their desires, needs and pain points to help shape the product roadmap and strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive understanding of product positioning, storytelling and messaging
  • Track record of building and optimizing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analytical, working with raw data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience implementing global initiatives in local markets
  • Able to operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also to work tactically to drive projects execution
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ambitious, a self-starter, and natural collaborator
  • Fluent in English, a 2nd language of German, Spanish or French is favorable
