Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora,你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA.But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Be the expert in product marketing - become the expert in your part of the product, and empower the rest of Canva to understand and communicate its value.
  • Senior collaborator management - build excellent relationships with collaborators in product, marketing, and sales and partner with them to complete high impact cross-cutting projects.
  • Product strategy - You will support product teams to build multi-year product strategies and influence product development across ideation and launch.
  • GTM strategy - You’re a seasoned expert in large and complex GTM strategies and you drive alignment between all cross-functional teams with robust data-motivated approaches.
  • Cross-functional champion - You’ll be the person that helps connect the dots between product, marketing and sales. You’ll be a world-class communicator to ensure everyone knows what’s launching, when and how it impacts them.
  • Navigate complexity - Ability to navigate global organisation across multiple functions, products and teams.
  • Subject matter expert on your product area - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the product portfolio across the business and assist in preparation for thought-leadership at speaking engagements, industry or press events.
  • Values aligned decision making - All your strategies, team decisions and goals will be aligned with our 6 Canva values.

You're probably a match if:

  • Experience leading laterally through influence, and forming deep connections with product, marketing and sales stakeholders to become your trusted advisors.
  • Leads by example, continuously demonstrating humility, kindness and compassion in all the work you do.
  • Experience in building and delivering cross-cutting strategic projects that contribute to company goals and partnering closely with product teams on roadmaps, developing insights to help them plan and priorities what to build.
  • Loves solving customer problems or needs with products and enjoys working closely with product teams to build world class products.
  • Ability to link product launches to different audiences, campaign themes and goals.
  • Ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritise resources.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the market, competitors and core customer audience. Identifying essential trends, capitalising on opportunities and rectifying problems as they arise. You share these insights broadly with all key stakeholders and use these insights to mold the product, messaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Critical thinker and storyteller with excellent writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Ability to keep make complex things simple, and mindfully avoids over-engineering processes, communications, or ways of working.
  • Navigates a global organisation across multiple functions. As Canva is a fast growing and paced workplace you’ll be someone who can juggle multiple projects at once and have proven prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow everyday. As Canva is growing rapidly, you’re aware that you’ll be growing and trying new things constantly.
