Senior Product Marketing Associate, Care Finding

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Marketing Associate to join our Lifecycle and Product Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in improving the care finding experience at Alma by helping bring the most impactful new features and products to market.

The Senior Product Marketing Associate will work in lockstep with members of Alma’s Care Finding ProdEng team, tackling projects aimed at making it easier and more efficient for people seeking mental healthcare to find a provider that meets their specific needs. With support from the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for executing go-to-market efforts for key product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and championing the client experience at Alma.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, is eager to learn, and has a strong bias to action. This role reports to a Senior Product Marketing Manager on Alma’s Marketing Team. 

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to launch and scale products through the development and execution of go-to-market strategies
• Compose new product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies for both internal and external audiences
• Develop a deep understanding of Alma’s provider directory, provider profiles, and the consultation request experience
• Determine the appropriate communication channels for product launches and partner with the Lifecycle Marketing team to execute external-facing communications
• Build strong working relationships with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and Engineering Manager on the Care Finding team
• Support the Senior Product Marketing Manager on various strategic initiatives throughout the care finding journey

Who you are:

• You have 1-3 years of work experience in a marketing role; you may have experience operating in a consumer applications and technologies, healthcare, or dual B2B/B2C context - all strong pluses
• You are motivated by highly collaborative working environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity 
• You are analytically-minded; you like to make decisions grounded in data and know your way around a spreadsheet. Having familiarity with Looker is a plus
• You like to learn by doing and have a strong bias to action
• You have a passion for Alma’s mission and the future of mental health

Salary Band: $75,000 - $100,000
