The role

We need a superstar Senior Product Manager to join our Zip Business group as we continue to scale and evolve our business product offering.

Working with a world-class team of engineers and designers, you’ll lead our mission to democratise the corporate credit card - creating digital payment solutions to solve problems that frustrate millions of people daily, and cost businesses massive amounts of time and money.

Leveraging our cutting-edge payments platform, your squad will rapidly build out spend management and cash flow smoothing products and experiences that truly change the game for our business customers.

You will play a key role in the continued evolution of Zip Business into a major player in business payments in Australia, then globally. We’ll need you to be bright, smart, keen and quick to learn, humble yet confident in your abilities.

Partnering with the biggest names in payments technology, you’ll help us take existing capabilities into the unknown, to build products that truly reimagine what is possible - and launching at Zip speed!

To help us level up, you'll need to bring

Experience as a product manager in a modern tech or product company
Focus on creating world-class user experiences for customers
Experience having taken a new digital product from idea, to market
Expert prioritisation skills, backed by knowledge of underlying prioritization frameworks
Great communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders and partners at all levels across the technical-to-commercial spectrum
Drive, determination and resilience to work through ambiguity to an outcome
Desire to hustle and deliver at pace
Aspiration to grow your career in product management in a high-growth startup
