Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in leading the development and growth of our Embedded Platform.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the embedded iPaaS offering, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities while keeping scale and compliance top-of-mind.

  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs. Leverage market research, user feedback, and data analytics to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Build, maintain, and prioritize a comprehensive Embedded Platform product backlog that balances short-term delivery with long-term vision. Ensure that the roadmap is aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand embedded integration challenges and ensure the product meets or exceeds expectations. Represent the voice of the customer in all product discussions.

  • Performance Tracking & KPIs: Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product, including user adoption, satisfaction, and business impact. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS, cloud platforms, or integration solutions.

  • Proven experience managing and scaling integration platforms or iPaaS solutions (experience with white-labeled/OEM platforms preferred)

  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of APIs, microservices, data integration, and cloud technologies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with B2B products, enterprise customers, and managing complex product life cycles.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
