As Senior Product Manager, Lease & Market, you will own the roadmap and delivery of our leasing and marketing capabilities. You’ll lead one of two squads in this product area, collaborating with the other to deliver a unified product vision. You’ll work closely with brokers, asset managers, and internal GTM partners to identify opportunities that accelerate leasing cycles, improve tenant engagement, and optimize performance across the portfolio.

Pay Transparency
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $163,600 and $200,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
