As Senior Product Manager, Lease & Market, you will own the roadmap and delivery of our leasing and marketing capabilities. You’ll lead one of two squads in this product area, collaborating with the other to deliver a unified product vision. You’ll work closely with brokers, asset managers, and internal GTM partners to identify opportunities that accelerate leasing cycles, improve tenant engagement, and optimize performance across the portfolio.

* This role is based in our New York office and requires in-office collaboration four days a week, with periodic travel to customers (approx. 10–20%). *


Here is what you can expect as a Senior Product Manager:

  • Own the Lease & Market roadmap and strategy, defining and delivering high-impact capabilities that improve tenant prospecting, leasing performance, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and the second Lease & Market squad to align priorities and ensure cohesive product execution.
  • Run continuous discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to validate problems and inform prioritization.
  • Launch features that deliver measurable business value, enhancing adoption, conversion, and time-to-close metrics across the leasing journey.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and performance outcomes to guide iteration.
  • Drive integration and scalability, ensuring Lease & Market connects seamlessly with VTS Activate, Analytics, and third-party systems like CRMs or marketing tools.
  • Partner on go-to-market enablement, collaborating with GTM teams to ensure new capabilities are effectively launched and adopted.

To succeed in this role, you have: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketplaces.
  • Proven experience driving adoption and revenue outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to translate insights into decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across engineering, design, and commercial functions.
  • Familiarity with CRE leasing, marketing, or related technologies.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $163,600 and $200,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
