As a Senior Product Manager on our Voice team, you’ll launch and scale our Voice product, including go-to-market planning, running beta testing and gathering customer feedback, and delivering a compelling, feature-complete product offering. You’ll play a key role in enabling Ada’s platform vision by bringing natural, personalized, and automated customer interactions to the phone.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Deep customer empathy and ability to use research methods and data analysis to identify and prioritize new opportunities and solutions
- Experienced in product management methodologies, with familiarity on both Agile and Waterfall and ability to apply them where best suited
- Passionate about the business impact of your work and can work collaboratively with key stakeholders from finance to go-to-market teams
- Previous experience on voice, telephony, IVR, or CCaaS products
What you'll do
- Enable incredible conversational experiences for our customers on Ada’s voice technology, in collaboration with your design and engineering counterparts
- Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Voice product and make prioritization and tradeoff decisions
- Drive execution on your team to deliver a high-quality, impactful product
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams to understand priorities for the business, our brands, chatters and developers
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with voice automation, speech recognition, and/or text-to-speech services
- Previous experience managing platform development and rollout of high-scale services
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup
