Our mission at Canva is to empower the world to design and since launching in 2013, we have grown exponentially, amassing over 75 million monthly active users across 190 different countries and a team of over 2,800 people… and the best bit is that we’ve only achieved 1% of what we know we’re capable of.

Product Management @ Canva
The mission of Product Managers at Canva is to create the most accessible design tool for every person in the world. We believe that we can improve the world by empowering everyone to design and communicate visually. As a Product Manager at Canva, you help set this vision, define what that future looks like, and build the products and features that get us there.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the User Growth team, which is part of the newly formed Product Growth group. The User Growth group does everything from building exciting new products and features to running tonnes of experiments and conducting research and analysis to grow Canva in new markets and categories.
Composed of several product teams, the User Growth group’s impact spans our entire funnel (signup & login, logged-out homepage, onboarding, post-publish, referral). The Virality team is all about supporting Canva’s growth towards 1B MAU by building new viral loops and product growth step changes from 0 to 1 (think “exploit vs explore”) for Canva.
What you'll do
- Become the “virality” expert across the company
- Drive the vision and strategy for a key product growth team within Canva and increase key metrics 10X
- Work with your team and key Product Growth collaborators to develop a backlog of experiment ideas alongside your product strategy and roadmap and deliver them
- Identify ways to attract and acquire more new users and retain them
- Establish an exceptional relationship with our Product, Product Growth, Marketing, and SEO teams when it comes to running experiments, creating new viral loops, enhancing MAU and new user acquisition
- Establish a proven innovation framework and playbook for your team and socialize it across the specialty and wider Canva
About you
- Successful entrepreneur or self-starter who has taken products/ideas from 0 to 1
- You are a “Growth / Scientist” at heart – You understand the importance of growth, virality, new user acquisition at scale, and retention with respect to the platform and how that translates into user growth and have delivered sizeable MAU impact
- Exceptional with data, quant and qual analysis, and running Growth experiments
- Experience working in a SaaS company, startup or high growth company in a growth focussed product management role
- Demonstrated ability to influence other teams who own a product area that your team wants to improve or build upon
