Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join our team

Product Management at GoDaddy is a mission critical role, with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You’ll work with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to decide what products and services we build, why they exist, and how they maximize impact to our mission.

Product Managers set the vision and drive delivery, uniting the team and company in pursuit of empowering small businesses to realize more success. They are the voice of customers. Obsessed with creating business value. They are passionate and entrepreneurial. They have found simplicity on the other side of complexity, with a clear track record of bringing products to market and making an impact at scale.

What you'll get to do...

  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals through a connected suite of capabilities to help them start and grow their business - both online and offline
  • Own end-to-end outcomes which tie to company's L1 goal. You will work backwards from these goals, understand customer opportunities, and come up with the roadmap of how to achieve these goals
  • Drive growth and customer success, through direct ownership of key areas of the product, but also through influencing other teams to support intuitive plans and pricing experience, which solves end-to-end customer problems
  • Responsible and accountable for driving growth of new subscription offerings (which translate to multi-year revenue for new and existing customers, generating long-term customer and business value through a combination of rapid experimentation to validate new ideas, growth hacking, and design thinking tactics)
  • Develop, evangelize, and execute a roadmap that supports GoDaddy's strategy of helping customers start with the right capability at the right time and easily grow with higher value capabilities and subscription tiers as their business needs evolve
  • Apply the scientific method (experimentation) to make data-driven decisions about approaches to value creation and balance across different metrics to move the business forward

Your experience should include...

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity and creating business value by leading a team to always be shipping value to our customers
  • Thought leadership and best practices on user journeys in subscription programs
  • You are energized by solving customer problems, an expert in designing and gathering customer inputs that yield more customer-centric products, services, and experiences
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
  • Define, monitor, and measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development process
  • You have experience establishing direction, goals, expectations, and work plans across teams

We've got your back... Enjoy our many benefits (My Wallet), which may vary depending on role and tenure, including paid time off, 401k, bonus eligibility, equity grants and parental leave. Join one of our employee resource groups (Culture). Once approved, continue to have a side hustle, if you have one (we love entrepreneurs, remember?). Most importantly, come as you are and make your own way.
