What’s the mission?

Hi there! 👋 Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and creating impactful software solutions? At Showpad, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us in shaping the strategic direction and roadmap for our Level 2 Sales Content Management (SCM) use cases, and is excited of working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategize & Execute: Define and drive product initiatives and EPICs, aligning with Showpad's objectives and customer needs.
  • Innovation Leader: Become a subject matter expert in Level 2 SCM use cases, identifying opportunities for innovation through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate & Launch: Work closely with cross-functional AMPED teams to develop and launch new features, gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and validate product assumptions through continuous product discovery activities.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze product performance metrics, developing business cases and recommending improvements based on customer and market insights.
  • Communication & Visibility: Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings, write expert blog posts, and present product updates to stakeholders.

Key Performance Outcomes:

  • Successfully launch key features and product improvements per development cycle, achieving a 2-digit % increase in key product metrics.
  • Conduct regular customer interviews and beta programs, resulting in significant user experience enhancements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior product managers, and effectively represent the product team across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and evaluate product performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure resources.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, with a customer-first mindset and strong empathy for users and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in sales enablement and/or product marketing.
  • Expertise in AI/ML and/or business workflow automation.
  • Experience in entrepreneurship and/or building software products.
