YOUR JOB
SCOPE & CHALLENGES
You’ll be joining the group Seller Catalog and Offers, who is in charge of streamlining the integration and animation of our partners' offers. You’ll be in charge of the Partner Integration Feature team. This team is playing a pivotal role in the onboarding process of our partners, by understanding the pain points and developing the right experience to significantly reduce their Time to onboard! You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, a true internal business partner, to identify key opportunities and innovation to drive our growth ambition in line with our vision and strategy. You will be expected to build a deep understanding of market dynamics and players/ecosystem, be creative and excited by development challenges which will lead to exceed our growth ambition.
TEAM AND CONTEXTE?
As the Seller Train, we are focused on delivering the best experience to our partners leveraging the energy of 8 feature teams covering 2 strategic streams: Seller Catalog and Offers + Seller Operations and Insights Services.
The Seller Experience being at the center of Manomano strategy, we’ve set our ambition for 2024 → For Home Improvement Sellers and Brands having a Great catalog fit with ManoMano quality standards, ManoMano marketplace is the Preferred Digital Partner that allows them to grow their digital business in a Trusted and Tailored Ecosystem, based on a unique Personalized and human-centered relationship. Our business attracts the largest and most qualified audience and we coach our partners with strategic insights and added value services to maximize their growth opportunities across our European Markets.
YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ?
- Product discovery: Master the problem space of your feature team through a deep knowledge of the buyer's pain points and needs through qualitative research (assisted by our user research department), quantitative data (NPS results, Customer Effort Score verbatims), or understanding regulatory frameworks (in partnership with our Legal, Compliance and Finance teams).
- Product strategy:
- - Build and nurture the product vision based on the data you gathered (from users, your team, data analysis, competitors, user research, regulatory frameworks…).
- - Turn that into a strategy and a well-thought roadmap: you will make sure that we're building the right features at the right time.
- - Make sure your team and stakeholders understand and embrace it through your engaging communication.
- - With the guidance of your manager, integrate your product strategy within the company strategy.
- Product delivery:
- - Ensure the correct delivery of your feature team; you collaborate with them daily to build a great product. Animate demos of your team to foster a continuous improvement culture.
- - Be obsessed by the impact of the features you ship through A/B testing, behavior data, etc. and generate insights about your product (with user researchers' help).
- - Communicate promptly with your Head of Product about important information, alerts, etc. Ask for help every time you need it and be a fast learner.
MUST HAVE ??
- Hard skills:
- You have an engineering mindset and an Engineering or Business School degree.
- You thrive in a startup environment growing (fast).
- You have already worked on Big data projects, or projects involving data science.
- You master the AB test techniques.
- Perfect English.
- Soft skills:
- Analysis, synthesis, curiosity, organization, autonomy, business acumen.
- Agility, Speed and Entrepreneurial fire : experience in strong growth environment where company changes every 6 months, ability to pivot quickly or take decisions.
- Communication: be it written or oral, you are able to express clearly technical or business problems. You have a strong synthesis capacity. You are able to adapt your communication to the person you are talking to. Empathy is one of your strengths, and you are able to calm down discussions when people disagree.
NICE TO HAVE ✌️✌️
- E-commerce expertise: you have worked in an e-commerce environment and you know the basics well (catalog management, search, logistics, payments…), you are familiar with marketplace concepts (supply, demand, network effect…).
- Start or scale up experience (nice to have).

- You are fond of DIY, refurbishing an apartment or a house is part of your hobbies, this is great!
- If you started your own company (even if a failure), this is an extra bonus !
