Robin is the hybrid workplace company. Since 2014, we’ve empowered people to do their best work by building tech solutions that fuel vibrant workplace experiences. Our platform redefines work and community building for hybrid companies everywhere. It is our mission to empower people to do great work and foster a sense of community regardless of location. You'll be joining a team of more than 20 super-talented people in the Zagreb office and over 170 employees globally.
What We’re Looking For:
Robin is changing hybrid work by helping employees build meaningful connections with their colleagues. As companies evolve with hybrid work strategies, Robin helps employees understand the best time and place to meet with colleagues in person, and when it might make more sense to get focus work done at home.
As the Product Manager for Collaboration at Robin, you will be responsible for translating our top level strategic goals into a roadmap for how we help people connect at work.
You will work on answering questions like:
- How do we help employees connect with the groups of people they already collaborate with, beyond just the people in their org chart?
- How do we help remote employees and global teams feel connected and equal, even if they rarely work in an office?
- What is the new workplace in the hybrid world? How can we facilitate connections beyond the office, like coffee shops and co-working spaces?
- Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will work with a global organization to determine priorities, partner with design, create product requirements, and evangelize your team’s vision across the organization at Robin.
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:
- Have 4+ years of product management experience at a B2B or B2C product company.
- Have experience working with engineers, designers, internal stakeholders, customers and integrating those partnerships into impactful products.
- Have used data and analytics to back up key insights.
- Have experience across the product life cycle including research, ideation, launch, and iteration.
- Know how to address the problem and can wrangle teammates to get things done.
- Are customer focused - Customers enjoy talking to you. You also enjoy talking with them. And you can translate these conversations into action.
- Enjoy learning - Product management is a team sport. You love learning new things and helping others do the same. We invest heavily in making each other better.
- Are adaptable - You understand things can change. You don’t fear change, but welcome it and know how to adjust projects/timelines/goals quickly.
- Have resolve - When things get tough, you lean in, roll up your sleeves, and get the job done anyway.
