The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our Mirakl Ads product teams led by Clément Cosso, Product Director. 3 squads are working for Mirakl Ads. Your team consists of 1 squad with 6 developers and 1 QA, focused on our retail media solution. Together, you'll be building Mirakl Ads, our innovative retail media platform that enables businesses to monetize their eCommerce traffic while delivering value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers.

Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads in November 2022, an innovative retail media solution that enables companies to monetize their e-commerce web traffic across both marketplace and proprietary platforms, while delivering greater value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers.
Your Impact
- Define the short and long-term product roadmap for Mirakl Ads in collaboration with the Product Director and VP of Product, driving strategic decisions on build/buy/partner opportunities
- Design innovative features and evolve existing capabilities that directly improve customer performance, backed by market analysis and continuous customer feedback
- Own and prioritize the functional backlog, ensuring the development team delivers incremental value focused on the highest-priority initiatives
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product Design teams to integrate intelligent features powered by AI and machine learning
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams: other PMs, Product Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success, to ensure product vision translates into market success
What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
- 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS software company or marketplace environment
- Deep expertise in at least one of these domains: catalog feed management, data science and ML, customer integrations, data & measurement, insights, or yield management
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, supporting your recommendations with concrete facts and analysis rather than assumptions
- Strong track record working within agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
